A team cannot be called a team if one of them does not cooperate with the others. Just imagine how do equestrians discipline their horse? Unlike basketball, volleyball, baseball, and other similar sports, equestrians who stand as coaches cannot talk with his horse. His horse cannot say to his teammate if something’s wrong. I guess equestrian life is no joke. There are different factors and lessons to be learned. It’s not just learning how to ride a horse. More than that, it is learning how to communicate to a horse in your own way. Challenging right? But that’s the essence of being a team.
